ATHIRAPILLY

Today I am going to write about a very interesting and beautiful place ATHIRAPILLY. Located in Kerala, India Athirapilly is a very prominent destination for tourists from India and all around the globe. You can see all kinds of people coming here to enjoy the beauty of the place.

Athirapilly most importantly is an enormous waterfall. It has the most aesthetic appearance when it comes to the category of waterfalls. The moment I saw it closely I was awestruck. Anybody who has seen the Indian movie series Bahubali will easily identify the place I am talking about. It has been shot with all its marvel in this film, especially in a song. Monsoons have already started and I think this is the best time to write about waterfalls in India, which attains its maximum of gorgeousness and flourishes during this time.

Athirapilly can be reached after a long journey through dense forest which is quite different from the town life that we are basically used to. The gigantic waterfalls are ultimately reached and one can capture its beauty either close by or from far away. When you reach there, you can see the amount of joy that people are having on seeing such a wonderful place. And most importantly people of all ages love this place, from kids to adults. The place is completely covered with forest and the waterfalls are located amidst this. People who love water and nature can enjoy this place to the maximum. Me basically belonging to a water sign love all sources of water- rivers, lakes, waterfalls, beaches etc.

We stayed in a good place nearby the waterfalls. Located in a certain area between trees and hills, Athirapilly has a chilled climate, especially at night. It was really nice to see the view and spent that night there.

At evening we took a dip in the small river nearby. It was after a long time I did this, especially in fresh water. Felt really good. It seems we usually forget the things that we really like to do, due to some or the other reasons. The rocks were a little slippery, but I was not scared. The water was not so deep but it had a good flow and if not careful it might be dangerous. After all of this I went back to the room and remembered all the good things seen and experienced during the day. I think you guys should also try this place, it will be worth your time and effort.
